Can I upgrade from monthly to annual subscription?expand_moreUpgrading is easy. You can change your subscription plan anytime by following the instructions below:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the Dashboard left-side menu and click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
Alternatively, you can click on the "Purchases" tab, navigate to your purchased card, expand the "Menu" at the bottom right corner of the card, and click on the subscription icon.
3. Click on the "Change Plan" button next to your subscription details. The system will take you to the plan selection page where you can choose a new subscription type.
Before you make any changes, please consider the following:
· Changes to your subscription will take effect immediately.
· Your billing date changes to the date of your plan change.
· When you upgrade to the annual plan, the price equivalent of your remaining time (in your monthly plan) will be deducted from the initial cost of the annual plan.
· If you’re on an annual plan and would like to swap to a monthly plan, a prorated credit (if any) will be applied to your account, based on the time left on your annual plan.
You can cancel the subscription at any time. Just login, head to the Dashboard left side menu, and cancel it in the “Subscriptions” area.
If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
NOTE: Keep in mind that canceling your subscription does not count as a refund request.
When you cancel a subscription it will remain active for the duration of the lastest paid subscription period.
For example, if you buy a one-year subscription on Jan. 1st for 119.99 € and decide to cancel your subscription on September 24th, you will still have access to the subscription until Dec. 31. Your subscription will not be renewed the following Jan. 1st, and you won’t be charged again.
If you have a yearly subscription, you are eligible for a refund within 8 days of purchase or renewal. After the indicated time frame refunds aren’t available.
